PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant

Physical Therapist Assistant Location Julesburg, CO Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM. No weekends or on-call required. Candidates should ideally be available for 5 days a week but 4-day schedules will be considered. Job Description The Physical Therapist Assistant will join a clinic that offers outpatient rehabilitation services. The clinic provides a variety of treatment options including cupping, dry needling, and blood flow restriction. With a focus on orthopedics, the position involves working with a diverse patient population across all ages and diagnoses, as well as servicing home health for the surrounding community. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients. Provide therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including advanced modalities. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Experience in orthopedics is required. Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Colorado. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
