Key Responsibilities Core duties and learning opportunities Electrical Installation Assist journeymen with conduit installation, bending, and routing while learning proper techniques and safety protocols. Support lighting system installation and maintenance across commercial and industrial facilities. Power Distribution Help with power distribution and panel work while developing understanding of electrical systems. Learn electrical code compliance and safety procedures essential for professional electrical work. Qualifications & Experience What we're looking for in candidates Education & Training Must be enrolled in an approved electrical apprenticeship program or willing to enroll. High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements Tools & Equipment Basic hand tools and willingness to invest in quality professional tools. Physical Ability Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
