Job Responsibilities Follow safety protocols, schedules, and pre-determined routes to transport corporate employees between stops. Ensure exceptional attendance and punctuality. Complete vehicle safety checks accurately and report issues promptly. Comply with all traffic laws and federal and state transit regulations. Interact professionally with customers, dispatch, and management teams. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about schedules, routes, transfer points, and delays. Report vehicle maintenance, road concerns, accidents, and disruptions via radios or hands-free devices. Skills and Physical Demands Use navigation apps and local knowledge to pick up and drop off passengers. Maintain electronic logs for routes and incidents. Operate and drive safely for at least 1 hour and 45 minutes without a break. Drive in various weather and terrain conditions. Work flexible hours, including outside regular shifts and split shifts. Lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading/unloading ADA passengers. Qualifications Mandatory: Pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check. Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
