Cowboy Club Grille & Spirits is a family-owned, high-volume restaurant with a 30+ year history on 89A at the crossroads of Uptown Sedona .

We are currently hiring Hostesses. However, we value good employees and are always looking to add talent to our team. We provide competitive wages from $18 to $35 an hour dependent upon position and experience, a generous tip-out percentage, medical/dental/vision/life insurance benefits, and an employee dining program.

Duties:

• Take reservations and maintain the reservation book.
• Take to-go orders and manage pickups.
• Act as a source of information for guests- answering questions, giving local directions and suggestions, etc.
• Greet, escort, and seat guests in an enthusiastic and courteous manner.
• Maintain bathrooms- tidying and restocking as needed.
• Assist management with miscellaneous requests.
• Standardize the onboarding of new host staff to uphold and reinforce professional excellence across the entire team.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift and lift 40lbs.
• Eagerness to follow directions and be a team player.
