Job Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written), with the fluency to train, coach, hire, and manage performance in both languages
• 3+ years of housekeeping or cleaning management experience in hotels, resorts, luxury vacation rentals, or a comparable hospitality environment
• Demonstrated success leading a large cleaning team (approximately 10 or more associates) to a high cleanliness standard
• Proven ability to standardize processes, train staff, and supervise quality control in the field
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the presence to earn respect from staff while holding a firm standard
• 5+ years in hospitality housekeeping preferred, with 2+ years in a manager or executive housekeeper role

Job Responsibilities


As the Director of Housekeeping in Sedona, AZ, you will:

• Lead, schedule, and supervise a team of housekeepers across 100 luxury vacation homes
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, and training programs so cleaning quality stays consistent home to home
• Conduct regular property inspections, identify deficiencies, coach staff, and ensure corrective action is completed before guest arrival
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage performance for housekeeping staff, maintaining adequate coverage for peak turnover days
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams on work orders, holds, and issues identified during cleans or inspections
• Respond to cleanliness-related guest or owner concerns, resolving the immediate issue and addressing the root cause to prevent recurrence
