• RVUs: Ave. of 80-250 reads per day

• X-rays: 60-140

• CTs: 30-80

• Ultrasound: 10-30

• MRI: 5-20

• Ave. wRVUs per 24-hr coverage block: 60–120

• Daytime routine: 40-70

• Evening ER-heavy: 60-100

• Overnight stroke/ED: 80-140

• Nuclear Medicine/Misc: Variable • Duties:

• Interpret and dictate diagnostic imaging studies via DICOM

• STAT reads within 45 minutes; Stroke Protocol CTs within 30 minutes

• Routine reads within 24 hours

• Communicate critical findings directly to ordering physician

• Participate in peer review and QA processes

• Will service VISN 9 Medical Centers & their associated radiology service locations
