Location

This is an in-office position based in Houston, TX, with regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Candidates must have senior-level transactional law experience, strong drafting and client advisory skills, and the ability to work fully in office in Houston.

Job Description

• Handle a wide range of business and corporate transactional matters for companies, healthcare practices, and business owners.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and revise contracts, agreements, corporate documents, and business transaction materials.
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, business operations, commercial agreements, and risk management.
• Support clients through business transactions from initial planning through closing or implementation.
• Work directly with clients to understand business goals and provide practical legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on matters involving business law, health law, and related legal issues.
• Manage deadlines, documents, client communications, and transaction workflow with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Senior-level transactional law experience required.
• Texas Bar admission required.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills.
• Experience with business law, corporate transactions, commercial agreements, healthcare transactions, or general corporate matters preferred.
• Ability to independently manage transactional matters and communicate directly with clients.
• Strong attention to detail, business judgment, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
