People Operations Coordinator Orlando, FL (On-site – 5 days/week) Biller Genie is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Vice President of People Operations, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operations of our People function, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for employees across the company. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who enjoys staying organized, supporting others, and building the behind‑the‑scenes systems that keep a company running. What You’ll Do Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS, personnel files, etc.) Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and general support Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data Help coordinate performance review cycles, training sessions, and internal HR programs Support recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates Assist with compliance‑related tasks, audits, and documentation Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of HR, administrative, or related experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear and professional communication (written and verbal) High level of discretion when handling sensitive information Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable learning and navigating HR systems and tools Positive, team‑first attitude with a willingness to jump in and help Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with up to 4% match Flexible Open PTO Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
