If this sounds like you, we may have the position for you!**Our Dining Room Managers:*** Plan, staff, organize and coordinate all activities in dining areas of all care levels.* Responsible for continuous evaluation and Quality Assurance audits of Dining Services.* Perform advanced entries for Point-of-Sale system, including Resident history, point transfers, refunds, etc.* Be available to provide timely service support to Dining Room personnel as needed.* Assist Dining Service Director in the development of operating budget.* Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.* Responsible for the accuracy of meal count reports.* Create banquet event orders and distribute accordingly.* Maintain up to date employee records.* Promote the Vision, Values, and Mission of Skyline in all areas of responsibility.* Perform other duties as assigned or may be necessary.**What you need to succeed:*** High School Diploma or GED, or the equivalent combination of education and experience* Two (2) or more years in restaurant supervisory experience preferred.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Experience in senior living preferred but not required.* Completion of a background check. May also include physical, drug screen, TB test, and fingerprinting depending on state/local guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
