About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations to take on a pivotal role in leading all HR, organizational culture, and labor relations. The successful candidate will be a key thought partner to the CEO, working closely with the executive team and board to ensure that strategic people initiatives align with the organization's commitment to artistic excellence and mission-driven impact.
