Supervise the care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members. Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions. Assess resident health and notify physicians of status changes; promptly implement new orders. Develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care. Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a resident’s condition and/or prevent complications. Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA’s) and the development of a plan of care. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in long‑term care preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state. CPR certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
