Supply Chain Operations Manager

Driving AI adoption and operational excellence, the full-time remote Supply Chain Operations Manager will establish governance frameworks, oversee procurement initiatives, and manage project portfolios across various locations including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, and Richmond. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain governance structures, including methodologies, operating procedures, and reporting mechanisms Lead AI adoption strategy by identifying high-value use cases and integrating AI-powered tools into workflows Oversee the procurement project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and tracking project performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred) 8+ years of experience in operations, project management, or supply chain management within corporate real estate or procurement environments (required) Expertise in establishing governance frameworks and operational standards for sourcing and procurement teams Proficiency in project management software and advanced Excel functions, with experience in data analysis tools Strong understanding of AI applications in procurement and experience with relevant platforms and systems
