Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a US-La Grange-Operator I to join their team. As a US-La Grange-Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US-La Grange-Operator I

Location: La Grange, NC

Pay Range: $17.35

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm), with overtime as required

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications

• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, and sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances

• Start, observe, and troubleshoot machine operations, making adjustments as needed

• Perform inspections using gauges and calipers to verify finished workpieces

• Complete changeovers, material feedthrough, and machine guarding checklists

What's Needed?

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
