Banquet ServerWe are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Banquet Server to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to guests during banquets, weddings, meetings, and special events. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality, and works well as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesSet up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and buffet stations.Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout service.Refill beverages, clear dishes, and anticipate guest needs.Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.Work closely with banquet captains, culinary staff, and fellow team members to ensure successful events.Tear down banquet rooms and properly store equipment after each event.Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What We Offer:Marriott discount.TPG Hotel Discount.Free Gym Membership.Free Garage Parking.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
