Wilshire Counseling Center is looking for a passionate and driven Associate Therapist to join our busy, thriving group practice in Encino, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse caseload of clients
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and ethical guidelines
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team case consultations
• Deliver both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions in a hybrid work model
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality client care
• Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain strict client confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• Active California Associate Therapist registration (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC required)
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Experience working with individuals, couples, or families in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and client interaction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume group practice environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage a hybrid in-office and remote schedule

We are seeking associate therapists to work a minimum of 18 client hours per week generally in shifts of 5-6 hours . We are seeking afternoon evening shifts and or half day weekend  to be conducted at at least one of our locations in person and one block of day time hours to be conducted via Hipaa compliant telehealth platform. Locations we have openings at Los Angeles * Weho *   Encino and Burbank . CA
