Locations We are actively hiring across the entire Metro Atlanta area, with additional openings in Macon, Gainesville, Athens, and Winder. These are growth positions — we are opening 3–5 new clinics in 2026 and building the teams to staff them. With 21 clinics throughout Georgia, there is likely a location close to where you live. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive orthopedic and neurological evaluations — joint and spine testing, neurological packages, and detailed patient histories Take, review, and interpret x-rays; order and evaluate advanced imaging (MRI, CT) for sub-acute injury management Treat, document, and manage all aspects of a patient's care and personal injury case, including PI/third-party liability service liens Perform chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, manipulation under anesthesia (MUA), cold laser therapy, and concussion protocols Co-manage complex cases with orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, anesthesiologists, and physical therapists Maintain clinic schedule: Mon/Thu 9:30a–7p, Tue/Wed 9a–6p, Fri 9a–5p; rotating weekend shifts Occasional travel to nearby AICA locations for coverage as needed — typically within30-45 minutes of your home clinic Partner with the practice manager to maintain a clean, safe, and well‑staffed clinic environment Why Practitioners Choose AICA Access to resources most DCs can only dream of — advanced imaging, specialist co‑management, injection protocols Focus on being a doctor: scheduling, billing, therapy administration, and phone calls are handled for you Clear advancement path: Staff Chiropractor ?
