Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2PM - 11PM
Responsibilities
In the On-Site Operations Supervisor role, you will serve a loyal, long-term customer directly at their location while also managing the contingent workforce. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in client production meetings to understand workforce needs, operational priorities, and changing staffing requirements.
- Lead weekly meetings with client supervisors to review performance, discuss concerns, develop staffing strategies, and provide updates.
- Manage daily contingent workforce attendance, including reviewing call-offs, coordinating replacements, and addressing coverage needs.
- Conduct employee orientations covering client procedures, workplace expectations, safety requirements, and The Reserves Network policies.
- Coach and counsel employees, address performance and attendance concerns, complete evaluations, and coordinate disciplinary action or terminations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate employee and client records, process timesheets and invoices, and prepare headcount, attendance, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, safety procedures, and applicable employment regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client, contingent workforce, and The Reserves Network office.
- Respond professionally and effectively to urgent concerns, competing priorities, and challenging workplace situations.
- Build productive working relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries, accountability, and a solutions-focused approach.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous on-site staffing, account management, workforce coordination, or staffing industry experience preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or other high-volume environment strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver difficult messages professionally.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to remain composed, professional, and solutions-focused in a demanding, high-pressure work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, navigate difficult conversations, and respond appropriately to changing expectations.
- Confidence working with multiple levels of client leadership and addressing concerns directly and diplomatically.
- Ability to balance client service with company policies, employee relations responsibilities, and operational requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities.
- Consistent professionalism, emotional maturity, resilience, and discretion are essential for success in this position.
