You will lead your crew from the front—handling everything from local talent recruitment to prepping, baking, and serving our iconic products. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Recruit, interview, hire, train, and evaluate your local crew. Staff Development: Manage training assessments, performance reviews, and employee relations. Operations & Scheduling: Build compliant weekly labor schedules based on projected sales. Financial Management: Maintain strict cash‑handling compliance and audit daily operational paperwork. Inventory Control: Direct the ordering of all store food resources and operational supplies. Local Marketing: Maintain proactive working relationships with Peachtree Mall management. Brand Standards: Ensure the crew strictly adheres to the Chestnut Land Company "Promise Code of Conduct". Qualifications Experience: Previous management experience in retail, restaurants, or a fast‑paced environment. License: A valid driver’s license is required.
