Urban Air Adventure Park is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the launch and long-term success of our newest location in Kennewick, Washington.

This is not a maintenance role.

The General Manager will work directly with ownership and have significant influence over hiring, culture, operations, community engagement, and financial performance. Compensation

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
• Performance Incentives Targeting $20,000+ Annually

As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the business, including:

• Recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team
• Creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Managing food, beverage, attractions, facilities, and safety programs
• Driving revenue growth and profitability
• Building relationships within the local community
• Developing future leaders within the organization
• Ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the park

This role combines leadership, hospitality, operations, marketing, people development, and business management.

• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High personal standards, integrity, and accountability
