Key Responsibilities Grow catering sales through community outreach and relationship building. Serve as the primary point of contact for catering guests. Coordinate and execute catering orders with accuracy and timeliness. Communicate Run of Show details to restaurant teams. Ensure food quality, presentation, and hospitality standards are met. Train and develop catering team members and delivery staff. Track catering performance and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills.
