Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator

Job Overview The Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator provides general support and transaction assistance, managing and monitoring ongoing origination activity and performing sales enablement duties. The role includes documenting equipment lease and loan transactions, entering transaction data into the front‑end system, reviewing details for accuracy, ensuring proper ownership or security interests through UCC filings or searches, coordinating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, monitoring compliance with company policies, and coordinating necessary approval modifications. Responsibilities Manage and monitor ongoing origination activity and sales enablement duties. Document equipment lease and loan transactions and enter data into the designated system. Review transaction details for accuracy, including customer name, organization structure, equipment cost, description, location, and tax. Ensure ownership interest or security interest is perfected by filing UCCs, reviewing searches, releases, subordinations, and recordings. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve information discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate document creation. Continue monitoring transactions for compliance with company policy and procedures. Coordinate approval modifications for changes to transaction structure or pricing. Understand product, pricing, and documentation structures; identify core contractual issues and suggest resolution while maintaining adherence to credit, legal, compliance, and company policy. Maintain accordance with key departmental performance measurements and service level agreements. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience. 2+ years of contracts experience or related business experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a deadline‑driven, fast‑paced environment. Customer‑focused solutions mindset. Demonstrated analytical problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Sound, responsible decision‑making in a timely manner. Strong PC skills, including Excel. Previous leasing, financial, or lending services experience. CRM system knowledge. Working knowledge of UCC/Lien requirements. Proven track record in process optimization and improvement. Compensation $22.00 - $41.50 USD hourly.
