HIV Prevention & Community Health Coordinator

Unity Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Community Health Coordinator for their Brentwood Clinic in Washington, DC. In this full-time role, you will support HIV negative individuals at risk of becoming infected with HIV and assist in overcoming barriers to access medical care. You'll work closely with other health staff to educate and link clients to necessary services, ensuring they receive the treatment they need.
