Located in Cleveland, OH Salary: $20 and up CNC Lathe Programmer / Setup & Operator - 1st Shift West Side of Cleveland | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-3:00 PM Payrate - $20 and up Are you an experienced CNC professional looking for a company where your skills are valued and your work makes an impact? We're looking for a CNC Lathe Programmer, Setup & Operator who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking ownership of the machining process. If you thrive in a small-team environment where you can wear multiple hats and help drive production success, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do:- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls
- Read blueprints and create programs directly from prints (no significant CAM programming)
- Produce precision parts while maintaining quality standards
- Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
- Record dimensions on inspection sheets
- Support and mentor fellow machine operators to maximize productivity
- 3-5+ years of CNC machining experience (5+ years of programming preferred)
- Strong experience programming Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience in a short-run, high-mix manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working in a small company where teamwork and flexibility are valued
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (6:30 AM-3:00 PM)
- Occasional overtime opportunities
