Position Overview

Neto Capital is a business financing company in Sunny Isles Beach. We're looking for an Account Manager to own client relationships after funding: staying in touch with clients, tracking their accounts, resolving issues with internal teams, and spotting renewal and upsell opportunities. You'll work closely with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Collections, and manage your book through our CRM and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients — follow-ups, questions, issue resolution, and onboarding.
• Keep the CRM current: calls, statuses, tasks, follow-ups, and open opportunities.
• Track client payments, documents, and performance in Excel / Google Sheets, and flag recurring issues.
• Identify renewals, expansions, and additional products for existing clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field a plus).
• 1+ year in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Client Relations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage many clients and tasks at once with clear written and verbal communication.

Nice to Have

• Background in FinTech, lending, business financing, or B2B services.
• Experience with renewals, upsell, cross-sell, or retention.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar; comfortable using AI tools for summaries and documentation.
• Spanish is a strong advantage.
