Head of HR, Global Services - Finance

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Head of HR for Global Services Finance in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This strategic role partners with senior leaders to translate business priorities into talent, organizational, and cultural strategies that strengthen performance and drive growth across the global finance capability centers.
Responsibilities
- Influence business strategy through workforce insights, organizational effectiveness analysis, and market perspectives
- Shape people strategies enabling leadership development, culture building, and AI-enabled ways of working
- Build and execute integrated talent strategies across succession, critical roles, and leadership readiness
- Lead organization and culture strategy for business transformations with clear sponsorship and outcomes
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent, organization, culture, and workforce decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR, business, or organizational development preferred
- Progressive HR or business leadership experience including senior-level HR business partnership and talent strategy
- Ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in global, matrixed, regulated environments
- Expertise in organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change leadership
- Strong analytical and business acumen with proficiency using data, insights, and digital tools
- Experience with transformation leadership and building high-impact people strategies
