Job Description: Provide administrative support at the reception desk. Greet and assist visitors, faculty, staff, and students as needed. Answer the telephone in a professional manner. Various office tasks that may include the use of Canva, MS Word, Teams, etc. Distribute mail to departments within the building. Complete tasks assigned by supervisor. Help as needed with events. May include lifting items no more than 50 lbs. Inventory supplies for ordering purposes. Check printers and refill paper when necessary. Stock conference room and kitchen as needed. Qualifications: Must be a current Baylor Student Must be on time and willing to work Friendly and effective communicator Excellent customer service and organizational skills Employer: Baylor University Work Location: Marrs McLean Science Building, Suite 100 Work Address: 1214 S 4th St, Waco, TX 76706
