Clinical Psychologist

Overview LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based mental health care in both in-person and telehealth settings. This role includes diagnostic evaluations, individual and group psychotherapy, treatment planning, and outcome-focused care for diverse populations. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care providers to ensure integrated, patient-centered treatment. Clinicians are expected to maintain accurate documentation, uphold high ethical and quality standards, and engage in case consultation. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic interviews and psychological assessments Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Deliver services via both in-person and telehealth platforms Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and care coordination Uphold ethical, legal, and organizational standards for patient care Engage in professional development and quality improvement initiatives Clinical interviewing and diagnostic assessment Administration and interpretation of psychological tests Evidence-based psychotherapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.) Treatment planning and clinical formulation Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Risk assessment and crisis intervention Telehealth service delivery and technology use Multidisciplinary team collaboration Outcome measurement and data-informed care Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in psychology Qualifications Active state Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD) Completion of APA- or CPA-accredited doctoral program Supervised clinical internship/residency in psychology Board certification in Clinical Psychology (ABPP) preferred Telehealth competency and HIPAA training Credentialing with major insurers/payer panels Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr
