Event Assistant

Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Assistant to help coordinate event activities prepare promotional materials and support on-site operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people managing details and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating event schedules materials and preparation tasks.
• Help arrange event spaces promotional displays signage and supplies.
• Support event activities and provide information to attendees.

• Assist with event setup on-site support and breakdown.
