Luxury Sales Associate — Client Relations & Style Advisor

Summary We are seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury retail environment. The role focuses on building and maintaining long-term client relationships, representing the brand, and maximizing individual sales performance. Candidates should be proactive, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about the product category. Responsibilities Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience. Maintain and develop client relationships using an individual approach and CRM/digital tools. Proactively cross-sell across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual targets and KPIs. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge and stay current with fashion trends and competitors. Handle customer complaints effectively and liaise with the line manager when needed. Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays, following operational guidelines and stock procedures. Contribute to store security and loss prevention efforts. Requirements Passion for sales and building strong client relationships. Problem solving, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience developing long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication skills.
