Luxury Client Advisor - Couture & Leather Goods

Summary As a Client Advisor at Woodbury Commons, you will deliver high-touch luxury retail sales and clienteling for CELINE’s leather goods and couture collections. You will drive sales by meeting individual and store targets, maintaining and expanding a client book, and supporting store operations and image. The role requires strong product knowledge, a customer-focused service orientation, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Meet individual and store sales and consignment goals Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database and follow up with clients Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes Manage client-related shipping, alterations, and issue resolution Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general store housekeeping to maintain the store image Requirements Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting Computer literate with ability to learn and use various software packages Candidates with an existing client book strongly preferred Customer-focused with strong service orientation and passion for luxury product and design Tech savvy and able to learn POS and clienteling systems Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
