What You'll Do: Recruit Like a Pro: Find great talent through creative sourcing, phone outreach, interviewing, screening, and relationship building. Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients and candidates, and move job orders from “open” to “filled.” Grow the Business: This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk recruiting job.
