What You’ll Do Welcoming and assisting patients Answering phones and helping patients with questions Scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out Assisting patients with their optical needs Providing friendly, professional customer service Helping patients understand their visit and next steps Handling front desk and administrative responsibilities Maintaining accurate patient information Working with the practice team to keep the office running smoothly What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable working with people.
