Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative - DFW North

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior sales representative to drive robotic technology adoption in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. The role involves training surgical teams, supporting product launches at key accounts, and ensuring customer success with the ROSA system and related orthopedic technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology adoption and support
- Lead surgeon and staff training on ROSA system and related surgical technologies
- Partner with technology solutions managers and field service teams for account onboarding
- Provide clinical support during enabling technology cases and system installations
- Maintain administrative documentation and follow quality assurance policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or technical discipline
- Minimum 4 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic joint replacement sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven presentation and demonstration skills
- Track record of achieving strong sales results
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base salary with $75,000 USD incentive
