Job Description Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects exceeding $10M in value. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and company policies. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management. Manage and mentor team members to ensure project success. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
