Project Manager II

As a Project Manager II, you’ll lead client projects from planning through installation—working across teams, managing details, and ensuring every project runs smoothly. You’ll be at the center of communication, coordination, and execution, delivering a seamless experience from start to finish. What You'll Do: Embody CI Select’s Core Values—Give It Your All, Enjoy Doing It, Grow Together, Inspire Confidence, and Take Ownership—and instill these values within duties and responsibilities Own project execution from kickoff through installation—not just pieces of it Lead project planning, including timelines, milestones, and key decision points Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing expectations and communication Drive progress by anticipating issues, making decisions, and keeping projects moving forward Manage multiple active projects while balancing priorities, timelines, and workload Coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, sales, field, vendors) to ensure alignment Oversee installations and resolve issues in real time to keep projects on track Take accountability for project outcomes, including timelines, client experience, and budget alignment Ensure all documentation, updates, and follow‑ups are completed accurately and on time What We're Looking For: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree—preferably in business, interior architecture/design, or construction management. Experience: Three or more years of experience in account management or project management preferred. Driver’s License: Valid state‑issued driver’s license required.
