Plumbing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced foreman who is motivated, problem‑solving, organized, flexible and willing to run jobs in multiple fields. Responsibilities Supervise plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial and hospital projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and plumbing codes. Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources effectively. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance. Provide training and mentorship to junior plumbing staff. Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide updates. Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues on site. Use all plumbing related equipment, including pressure, solder, drain cleaning tools, camera, and line locator. Use all plumbing related material, including copper, cast iron, ABS, iron pipe, and tracking pipe. Work with water, gas, waste, vent, pumps, steam and related systems. Requirements 4+ years of experience in plumbing with supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices. Ability to manage multiple projects.
