Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob Description The Logistics Coordinator supports efficient warehouse and laboratory operations by managing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper documentation and quality compliance. This role works closely with purchasing, quality, and materials teams to keep supplies organized, traceable, and available, while upholding safety and regulatory standards in a clean, regulated production environment. Responsibilities + Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against documentation, and ensure accurate data entry for all materials received. + Check and document shipments thoroughly, including creating and updating material receipts for all incoming supplies. + File approved material receipts in the correct locations to maintain organized and accessible records. + Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper labeling of supplies across multiple warehouse locations. + Maintain ongoing communication with manufacturers and suppliers regarding Certificates of Conformance (CoC) and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for supplies received. + Accurately enter data related to donor intake and supply relocation, ensuring traceability and compliance with internal procedures. + Communicate with the Quality department to report and resolve donor discrepancies and related issues. + Support and uphold established safety policies, procedures, and regulations within the warehouse and laboratory/production environment. + Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock, updating records, and identifying potential shortages. + Conduct periodic inventory audits to verify counts, reconcile differences, and support quality and compliance requirements. + Communicate effectively with the purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment of supplies and avoid stockouts. + Collaborate with the Materials Supervisor and other team members to maintain high standards of warehouse and materials management operations. + Address and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment errors, and related issues in a timely and accurate manner. + Support quality control, documentation review, and donor chart review activities as they relate to logistics and inventory. + Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to track data, prepare reports, and support logistics and quality activities. Essential Skills + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including receiving and inventory management. + Experience working with ERP systems for inventory or materials management. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including the use of Excel for data entry and reporting. + Ability to quickly learn and understand product information and materials handled in the warehouse and laboratory environment. + Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly warehouse spaces and accurate records. + Attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and inventory control. + Effective communication skills to interact with quality, purchasing, materials, and supplier contacts. + Ability to support and follow safety policies and regulations in a regulated environment. + Experience or familiarity with logistics processes and inventory workflows. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1-2 years of experience in a quality, compliance, or regulated environment is preferred. + Experience in quality control, quality assurance, or documentation review is beneficial. + Exposure to tissue banking, donor chart reviews, or similar regulated healthcare or laboratory settings is an advantage. + Experience working in a laboratory or production environment is preferred. + Ability to manage multiple tasks across different warehouse locations while maintaining accuracy. + Comfort working with data and documentation in a regulated environment, including CoC and CoA documentation. + Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments. + Interest in professional growth within a laboratory or production team environment. Work Environment This is an on-site role in a clean, regulated laboratory and production environment that includes warehouse operations. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The position begins as a minimum 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to a lab production team role upon successful completion of the project. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
