Director of Operations

Director Of OperationsInfinite Electronics is looking for a Director of Operations to lead all manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, and production operations at their Irvine facility. This person will have direct visibility with executive leadership and the CEO while taking ownership of the company's primary West Coast manufacturing site. The current Director has established strong internal credibility, so they need someone who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact. This leader will directly manage 6 operational leaders and indirectly oversee approximately 72 employees across production, quality, warehouse, shipping, and receiving functions. They'll be responsible for workforce planning, production planning, labor forecasting, operational efficiency, quality standards, and ultimately ensuring products are delivered on time to customers. The facility supports approximately 30 assembly workstations building customer-specific connector and cable solutions used in highly technical and mission-critical applications including data centers, communications infrastructure, military and defense environments, and other advanced technology applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day operational execution with long-term strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
