Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our team in Memphis, TN. This is a full-time, first-shift position supporting daily Human Resources operations in a fast-paced staffing environment.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people. This role will assist with onboarding new hires, conducting orientations, maintaining attendance records, assigning and inspecting employee lockers, and providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.

This is a hybrid office/warehouse role . While the majority of the position is office-based, the selected candidate must be comfortable entering the warehouse as needed to support employee onboarding, orientations, locker assignments, inspections, and other HR-related activities. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and FDA-required protective gear must be worn when entering designated warehouse areas. The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations in English and Spanish
• Complete onboarding paperwork and employment documentation
• Assist with I-9 and E-Verify processes
• Track employee attendance and maintain attendance reports
• Assign employee lockers and maintain locker records
• Perform locker inspections and coordinate locker cleanouts
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
• Answer employee questions regarding company policies and procedures
• Assist with recruiting, applicant flow, and hiring activities
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
• Communicate professionally with employees, applicants, and clients
• Enter the warehouse as needed to support HR functions and employee needs
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous Human Resources, Administrative Assistant, Recruiting, or Office experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment
• Willing and able to wear required PPE and FDA-approved protective equipment when entering warehouse areas
• Professional, dependable, and customer service-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
