• Provide direct care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum (high, moderate, and low risk) patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in labor and delivery
• Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Adapt to variable needs of volume and acuity across the OB service units

Requirements of the OB Registered Nurse

• RN License (NY ONLY)
• Two (2) years of experience in labor and delivery
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Required
