Part Time Baker
The baker is responsible for producing a full range of handcrafted donuts and other baked goods from start to finish each day. This includes mixing dough, proofing, and frying. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires strong attention to detail and consistency and will complete other duties as needed.
General Responsibilities:
- Mix, prepare, and proof donut doughs
- Cut, shape, fry, and finish donuts according to shop standards
- Prepare glazes, fillings, and toppings
- Maintain consistency in product quality, appearance, and taste
- Follow daily production schedules to meet demand
- Keep a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace at all times
- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate inventory needs
Basic Qualifications:
- Basic baking knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Valid drivers license
- Experience: Prefer at least one (1) year of baking experience
Hours: 2am-8am. Flexible worked days.
Pay: $17-$22 per hour based on worked experience.
