Receptionist Position Our client, a dynamic organization in the Cranberry Township area, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the front office support team, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, vendors, and employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Receptionist Location: Cranberry Township, PA Pay Range: $18 Shift: Monday thru Friday 8-5 What's the Job? Greet visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Enter visitor and customer information into the ENVOY system accurately and efficiently. Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures, including badge preparation and distribution. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel promptly. Support administrative tasks such as mail distribution, meeting room coordination, and office supply management. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of front desk or administrative experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. What's in it for me?
