Hotel Night Auditor

Job Description Job Description The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Compensation: $17 hourly Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. Qualifications: Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome. Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
