The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. Our talented staff of more than 650+ professionals deliver integrated planning, design, engineering and construction solutions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Cranberry Township, PA office. This role also provides administrative support to two nearby regional offices in Hermitage, PA and Waynesburg, PA (approximately one hour away), with occasional travel required. This is a part-time position, that is expected to work 20-30 hours per week. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in keeping office operations running smoothly.
