Food PrepWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Prep to join our team at Western Sizzlin. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and portioning food items, assembling dishes, and ensuring that all food items are prepared to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and portioning food items according to recipes and presentation standardsAssembling dishes and plating items for serviceMaintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchenEnsuring that all food items are stored properly and rotated according to food safety guidelinesAssisting with inventory management and ordering as neededQualifications:Previous experience in food prep or a related field is preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of food safety practices and regulationsAttention to detail and ability to follow recipes and presentation standardsStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a positive attitude and strong work ethicWe offer competitive pay and a friendly, team-oriented work environment.
