Registered Nurse - Float Pool Part-Time 7p - 7a The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. Reviews and documents care provided, evaluates outcomes of care, and applies evidence-based practices at bedside to ensure critical thinking and best practice. Requirements Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution. Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 6 months of hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire. Crisis Prevention certification within 6 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications Recent experience in specialty areas preferred.
