Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Shipping & Receiving Clerk
We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in Omaha. In this role, you'll help ensure accurate, efficient shipping operations by preparing shipments, maintaining inventory records, processing transactions in SAP, and coordinating with multiple departments to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Generate shipping documents, bills of lading, and picking tickets
- Perform inventory and shipping transactions in SAP with a high degree of accuracy
- Inspect shipments for quality, completeness, and compliance with specifications
- Maintain shipping supplies and support inventory control efforts
- Assist with forklift and overhead crane operations (training provided)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move materials and work in a warehouse environment
- Willingness to complete company forklift and overhead crane certification
