BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Anderson, SC 29625. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands - on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism.

Position Details

• Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician

• Location: Anderson, SC

• Pay: $20/hr

• Schedule: M - F 8am to 5pm

• Start Date: ASAP

• Opportunity Type: Contract - to - Hire


Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including:

o Basic plumbing repairs

o Electrical troubleshooting

o Appliance diagnostics and repair

o Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep

• Assist with unit turns and make - ready preparation

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude

• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards


Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions

• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

• Reliable, punctual, and detail - oriented

• Strong communication and customer service skills
