Maintenance Technician – Easlan Management Company (Greenville, SC)

Position Summary Easlan is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to support Pelham Place North & Pelham Place South Apartments . This role involves handling maintenance requests, performing repairs, preparing apartment units for new residents, and ensuring overall property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests
• Perform repairs in vacated and occupied units (HVAC, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain property appearance, including exterior upkeep and curb appeal
• Assist with apartment turnovers

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-call availability required for emergencies
• Occasional weekend work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required
• CPO certification preferred
• Apartment maintenance experience required

• Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Frequent standing, bending, and use of hands/arms
• Specific vision abilities, including accurate color vision
