About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Creative to play a pivotal role in the brand's expansion and evolution. This high-visibility leadership position is focused on defining and executing the creative vision in alignment with brand strategy, marketing objectives, and business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of creative across all channels, ensuring brand consistency, and high-quality output. A key aspect of the role is to build, lead, and develop a high-performing creative team, and to partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into creative strategies. The role also involves overseeing large-scale catalog strategy and production, and using customer insights, market trends, and performance data to inform creative direction. Applicants for the Vice President of Creative role at the company should have a proven track record of leading creative strategy that drives measurable business impact and brand growth. A minimum of 10 years' experience in creative leadership, with a focus on large-scale catalog development, is required.
